the amount of space in the universe and the distance from the earth from everywhere should show the 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 percent of the extraterrestrials don’t even know Earth life exist.
Who need to believe in who? What does it matter? Most people don’t even believe in them self’s. If any one is a threat to mankind it is mankind first. Why should extraterrestrials bother Mankind will finish the job without outside help.
